It is tough to find gigs in Britain that may top Manchester gigs. Manchester city was recently voted as the most energetic music city in the UK. The city offers more live music concerts than any other city in the UK and came in top of the polls above Newcastle. According to the poll, folk living in Manchester are quite happy with the amount of live concerts that are held in the city every year.
Manchester gigs are not only preferred among the inhabitants of the city. The promoters of live events in the city are also working diligently to push live events in bordering cities and cities like Derbyshire. According to the promoters, local talent in Manchester and the neighboring areas is ripe and ready for picking.
If you are travelling to Manchester, you will not have completely experienced the city without having attended the Manchester gigs. If you’re interested in attending shows featuring major bands and artists, you need to book tickets for a show at the MEN Arena. Numerous Manchester gigs are held in venues in the Varsity area featuring emerging bands. The Academy, Jabez Clegg and Manchester School are venues you might want to try.
